MAD Honey By Cultured Bees is produced by honeybees living on the rooftop of the Museum of Arts and Design with nectar gathered from the blossoms of Central Park. Rich and aromatic, this small batch honey is available in 2 oz or 6 oz glass jars making it perfect for a special gift or an everyday indulgence.

Located on Columbus Circle at the bottom of Central Park, the museum rooftop is ideally suited for Cultured Bees™ to forage among the 170 species of trees in the Park and surrounding neighborhoods. There is a slight hint of Linden trees from the spring honey flow.
