These boards are therefore ready for anything: from slicing and mincing to chopping. 

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Daily Care:

Wash with warm, soapy water immediately after use
Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a clean towel
Never soak in water or put in the dishwasher

Monthly Maintenance:

Apply food-grade mineral oil or specialized cutting board oil
Let the oil penetrate for several hours or overnight
Wipe away excess oil with a clean cloth

Deep Cleaning:

For stubborn odors or stains, rub with coarse salt and half a lemon
Rinse well and dry completely before oiling
