Bandana - Black Star Lines
Ghana claimed its independence from Britain in 1957. The new government placed a black star in the center of the country’s new flag in part as a tribute to Marcus Garvey and his goal of pan-African unity. A black star is also at the center of the Adinkra symbol for transformation.
Bandana care: cold water wash in a gentle cycle or by hand. Some color fading is to be expected as the bandana softens with use.
