All LOOT ticket purchases are final sale. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available.

THE STORE ONLINE’S RETURN POLICY

In the case that your items arrive damaged, or there is a mistake with your order, please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately at 212.299.7769 or email us at thestoreonline@madmuseum.org.

For purchases returned within 14 days, undamaged, in their original packing you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Store credit will be given for purchases returned from 15 days to 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.

All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

You may return your fine jewelry purchase to us within 7 days, undamaged, in its original packing for full refund in the original form of payment.

 

We will enclose a return shipping label in your shipment. Please contact Debby Byzantine at debby.byzantine@madmuseum.org. and she will review the pick-up procedure with you. Please include your phone number in your email.
