RETURN POLICY FOR VIRTUAL TRUNK SHOW JEWELRY

You may return your fine jewelry purchase to us within 7 days, undamaged, in its original packing for full refund in the original form of payment.

We will enclose a return shipping label in your shipment. Please contact Branden Wuensch at branden.wuensch@madmuseum.org. and he will review the pick-up procedure with you. Please include your phone number in your email.

Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.

In the case that your items arrive damaged, or there is a mistake with your order, please keep all the original packaging and contact Branden immediately.
