The Store Online’s Holiday Return Policy
In the case that your items arrive damaged, or there is a mistake with your order, please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately at 212.299.7769 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For purchases returned within 14 days, undamaged, in their original packing you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.
Our usual Return Policy is that after 14 days up until 30 days you will receive a store credit.
For the Holidays, you may return your purchases up until January 6th for a store credit. All sales are final after January 6th.
All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
