The Store Online’s Holiday Return Policy

In the case that your items arrive damaged, or there is a mistake with your order, please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately at 212.299.7769 or email us at

For purchases returned within 14 days, undamaged, in their original packing you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.

Our usual Return Policy is that after 14 days up until 30 days you will receive a store credit.

For the Holidays, you may return your purchases up until January 6th for a store credit. All sales are final after January 6th.

All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Shipping and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
